The business is led by Peter Watson, a licensed plumber and wastewater consultant with extensive experience in onsite wastewater design, assessment, and approvals.

Peter combines hands-on industry knowledge with technical expertise in system design, compliance, and regulatory navigation. He is qualified in Land Capability Assessment (LCA) through the Centre for Environmental Training (CET) — a nationally recognised program widely accepted by Victorian councils as meeting the standard for suitably qualified consultants in onsite wastewater management.

As a consultant, Peter collaborates with trusted geotechnical engineers, hydrogeologists, hydrologists, soil and environmental scientists, ecologists, and microbiologists to ensure every wastewater design is scientifically robust, practical, and fully compliant. 

His professional background includes work with Taylex, a market-leading Australian manufacturer of wastewater treatment systems, and strong working relationships with Environmental Health Officers, wastewater engineers, and key regulatory authorities such as the EPA (across multiple states), SA Health, CBOS, and DESI. Drawing on experience with packaged systems from Taylex, Fuji Clean, Aqua Nova, and Ozzi Kleen aswell as bespoke enginered solutions, Commercial Septics Australia delivers wastewater solutions that are clear, compliant, and built to perform for years to come.
